v1.1 - post 7DRL bugfix/polish update

As is 7DRL tradition, I'm releasing a small post-challenge update that fixes a few bugs and otherwise mostly is about sound:
polish:
- new underwater track on the title screen
- in game music likewise shifts to an underwater version when underwater
- added a few sound effects
- added an indicator for current level number
- Shriek ability range reduced by 1
- "Deep Breath" button changed to "Wait" in deep water and" Last Breath" when checkmated with an accompanying animation
bug fixes:
- fixed some game crashing level generation bugs
- fixed a really janky resolution issue on retina displays
- fixed a few pathfinding issues that were causing enemies to stand still too long often blocking your path
- improved performance on later levels
- total levels increased from 7 to 8
- fixed a bug with upgrades which were hiding several later upgrades totally
- fixed a typo
- I think I've fixed a nasty visual glitch with vertical gaps between sprites
