Create your own sacred text and then guide  a prophet who is bound by it.

Your holy book is effectively a skill tree which you write. The skills (or "verses") in it trigger automatically based on trigger conditions you choose. Common triggers will make your limited charges run out faster. Some triggers are easier to control than others. These verses can deal ranged damage, heal you, apply buffs and debuffs, and summon monsters.

Inspired heavily by Path of Achra (and indirectly DCSS tab-combat). The game is meant to be played very fast because you only have 3 primary actions:

  • W/UP is CONTINUE (attack/move)
  • SPACE is WAIT
  •  S/DOWN is RETREAT

Guide your prophet through 12 levels to win.

Whoa! I had no idea what I was getting into - the “programable” book that writes a prophecy on how your hero acts is so cool!

Thanks! Didn't follow any tutorials. Been trying to switch to Godot for a while and this is my second 7drl using it so it's starting to feel a lot more intuitive.
